SHIPPING POLICY: I ship worldwide!
All items are listed with their own production times, which vary per sort. All items are hand-made and custom-sourced. In every case, I prefer to deliver the highest quality over speed of delivery. You may contact me at any time for an update about your order. Generally, I aim to post your purchase within a week after receiving your payment.
Art Print & Photography orders being shipped to the United States, the EU and the UK will not be charged at the border. For Originals and other products that are priced above 100 euros, taxes and duties of the destination country might be applicable; please inform yourself about this. Carlijn Claire Potma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarifs, taxes, etc.).
For all orders shipping to other destinations the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. To the other countries of the world it depends on the value of the shipment. Over a certain value then they will be charged the sales tax of that country. You can view those minimum values by clicking this link. So once the order arrives at its destination, the customer will be required to pay all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. Carlijn Claire Potma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarifs, taxes, etc.).
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US & EU orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that I am unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Please contact me for assistance and customer support.
CHANGES & CANCELATION: Please be advised that cancellations requests are accepted within 2 hours after order placed (during business hours). After that you will have to follow my Return policy. Same for changes to your order like size, color and design.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. I am not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
