Refund policy

Custom made items and orders (f.e. custom illustrations, paintings, customised images or prints) are not eligible for returns.

All not-custom made items can be returned:
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot except returns, unless the item is already in transit with trackable shipping link and exceeding the 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original or similar packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you/the buyer). If any items arrives back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund.

To start a return, you can contact me at carlijnclaire@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If items are not collected from delivery pick-up location or if refused at delivery a return shipment fee will be charged of 7,25 euro.
